room service has to be improve
room is clean bath room is also clean.it is in the heart of the city.airport is 15km from this hotel.i directly booked this room without online after seeing the reviews.i liked this stay in this hotel .i got ac room with good price .but only draw back is room sevice.it has to be improve.

Arrogant management and worst experience - Don't visit.
Only good thing I can say good about this Hotel is Location.
Close to Godavari station and good connectivity in-terms of Autos.
Booked rooms to stay along with my family (5 members).
Rooms are very small and old fittings/beds and switches. Bathrooms have ventilation, through which outside persons can see through. Cant be more worse than this - especially ladies.
They allocated a room initially and mattresses crumbled down in to the bed (one side) as it is broken and they did not bother to check before allocating.
After some time , they changed the room and gave a room with bad bathroom (un-hygienic). Then again went back to reception and asked for a change. They said other room don't have geyser and provide heating rod for Hot water (cant imagine more Pathetic service than this).
Reception people are very arrogant and don't care customers once they get money.
Due to time constraint we could not move to other Hotel for stay.
Finally, they gave other room in the afternoon after lot of drama.
When we asked for the receipt, they said they will give while check-out.
They provided the bill at the end which is very much less that actual value of amount they paid and when asked about it, they tried to shout on us for demanding the bill and said that we don't normally give the bill.
There are couple of things here
1. Bill is not provided to the customers - No tax paid to the government which is illegal.
2. Arrogant and wild behavior with customers when requested for the bill.
3. In-correct bill provided to the customers to avoid taxes - Cheating govt which is illegal act.
Finally, I cant give rating as negative or 0 as it is not available. :)
This is just to give you more insights of things happening in this hotel and if you want to still try you can!! :)

Convenient Location.. average stay..
Location wise good.. Easy access to all places.. Pushkar Ghat is very near, convenient to dip and bath in Godavari..and near to market..
Stayed in standard room. Very small..around 80 sft..Bathroom is spacious but average maintenance..
they should have provide exhauster in the bathroom...
Overall maintenance should be improved...
Now under the new management the name was Hotel Sangeetha Grand...
This not a hotel ,it's Lodge...

Had been to this hotel in January. It is very near to pushkarghat. Rooms were neat and maintained well. rooms are not so spacious. No parking available. Food was average.Hope management will better survey in the future.

Worst hotel to stay..
This is one of the worst hotels to stay in.
First of all they didn't knew anything about my booking. The hotel location is not that good. You don't get any sunlight through the windows. When you open the ws you will see all kinds of garbage that is gathered outside.
The AC are also not functioning properly in most of the rooms. I had to change 2 rooms because the AC were not working. In the 3rd room water was continuously leaking from the AC. The spreads to half of the room and no ever came to wipe the floor.
Also there is some unpleasant smell in the room. Here you will find all kinds of insects such as ants, flies, lizards, cockroaches, etc.
Room cleaning is also not done. Considering all these facts the prices are very high. So my advice is to never stay at this hotel. It is the worst hotel ever.
