Budget Lodge - Enough good for one/two night stay.
I recently visited to this Lodge. The key areas of this lodge is as below -
1] It is near to Ganpatipule Temple.
2] Not most but enough cleanness to stay for one or two nights.
3] Warm gesture oriented staff & owner. As owner is living there itself so it is good for family as safety perspective.
4] They have their own restaurant.
5] Ample Parking space.
Advice for owner - Need to improve in below area -
1] Please provide Packed Mineral Water, single small soaps & tooth-paste in room by taking additional charges. It costs max Rs.50
2] Break-fast should be ready at normal time i.e. 8 AM.
3] Provide min. 2 charging point and that should be near to Bed.
Advice to traveller -
1] If you want to stay here then choose Balcony Room. So you can take experience of Fresh Air.
2] Carry your own mineral water bottles, soap & paste from outside shops.

budget hotel but need improvements
It is located near out of main street.Rooms were clean, TV was available, but felt somewhat dumpy rooms, charging points not available near to beds
I booked it via booking.com and if you are not on budget stay at their Resort just behind this property.

Ganapatipule experience
I staid in the KAULAR ATITHIS GRAND KONKAN RESORT MY stay there was magic
the place is owned by a very sweet family Jayesh Bhansari became a friend and was very helpful to make me understand the life in Ganapatipule
The room I had was very comfortable the bed was European standard and the decorations made me feel at home
The restaurant is a very nice place where the konkan cuisine excellent
I really suggest to my friends to stay in this place to enjoy Hollidays in Ganapatipule

Good lodge but many areas to improve
It was nice stay. Actually we used hotel only for few hours but the service is very good. They understand the customer needs. One major recommendation is the charging points near beds... they are on very unusual places and due to this my iPhone6 screen got broken.

Good budget hotel for family at Ganapatipule
Pros:
Car parking space available,clean room and well maintained, clean bathrooms, tv available, online payment can be made to owners savings account for room bookings,owner family stays at ground floor so safe for family (Bhanushali family), walkable distance from temple, nearby restaurants are available, management very cooperative and the urrounding area is safe and silent.
Cons:
You may find other hotels nearby in lower prices but this is a good option for family stay, no beach view rooms so people looking for a beach views may book the rooms at government's MTDC rooms which have beach view.
except few cons the overall stay was good and will recommend for a family.

Tip: If you happen to visit the beach near to the temple then do not enter into the sea with over confidence or with ignorance or with a heroic attitude, if you do so then it will be the last day of your life.
coz its a small town and local people are employed there as guards. These people have to manage many things at a time so no guard will be available nearby to save your life. Other big reason is that almost all the beaches from here till Malvan there a big deep pits underwater which are invisible.
Hence stay near the crowded area and let the water level be below your knees coz its reputation is not as clear as the water is and you will get mesmerized by the view and may commit mistake of going into the deeper level.
