Be aware of this fraud company

This is fraud company always trying to cheat their customers. They consider their customers as shikars.Their driver stops you in lonely places and wants more money although you have already paid them full amount. They stop driving vehicles and keep you for ransom till you scumb to their pressure of extra payment.They stayed customers in the hotels that are very bad in hygiene and smelly. With family you particularly wants to avoid hotels having unlawful activities but they charged you rent of 3 star and 4 star and stayed you in poor hotels in bad localities.

Be careful: they cancel bookings last minute

We booked the hotel a week in advance and got a confirmation. The day of our arrival they called around 2:30 pm (we were already on our way by hired car with planned arrival around 5) to say that there was no availability due to unforeseen circumstances and they would transfer us to another hotel but they refused to give the name. We declined. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Please Avoid this hotel

Stayed here for one night . Hygiene is a big issue throughout property. Toilet was dirty, basin was broken. Room was small. Restaurant food was way too costly, taste was okiesh. Basin in restaurant seemed like it hadn’t been washed for weeks. And we paid around 3k for such a property. On my return we stayed at other hotel. Definitely avoid this hotel.

A Difficult One to Score

This is tough one to score.
3.5 for location. It’s not the owners fault but this place is impossible to find on foot using google maps. The Mall is closer than for many hotels but note it’s uphill and some of that climb is on a rudimentary path and steps behind the hotel which might not be to everyone’s taste at night or with bags.
3 for the hotel fabric. The first room I was given smelt damp and had a noisy dripping tap in the bathroom. This was changed on request and the new room was much better. However there is no heating anywhere and in Feb. this side of the ridge got no sun so it was very chilly in the evening. Neither room had any view to speak of.
4 for the staff. I was very ill during my stay (not from the hotel’s food) and the restaurant guy in particular was great in bringing drinks , even sending out for something late in the evening when they were out of stock. They also booked a very steady car and driver for my onward transport.
So overall a 4 as I wasn’t the easiest customer they’ve had and you can’t give half marks!
