The best hotel for your vacations Away from tha crowd ,a quite place for nature loving people in SHIMLA.Rooms are clean and comfortable. View from the rooms are memorable. Staffs are very cordial, particularly Sh. KRISHAN SHARMAJI. ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE.

A mediocre hotel

It is an average hotel. Can't be rated as 3 * category hotel. Amenities, services, every thing about the hotel is just average. Rooms are just spacious enough for a 2 member family and are well decorated. Just sufficient storage space. Tea kettle and accessories are provided. Located far away from city, in a very secluded place. Good scenic view of mountain from balcony, though. But how much time a tourist can spare sitting in balcony enjoying scenery when he is on the heels to visit all tourist attractions in the itinerary with in the limited time available. Everybody is busy, I guess.
Bath room is very tiny, wash basin is not bigger than a big curry bowl! Reception staff is very unfriendly, and almost rude. Behaves like a Government official to a an ordinary citizen who has gone to his office to get some service. Not atall acceptable behaviour. Restaurant service is minimum. Grossly under staffed. Just one person to take care of every thing. Limited, but just sufficient dishes for buffett dinner. Overall a mediocre hotel that can be easily avoided having plenty of other good options.

So amazing hotel we enjoyed alot so delicious veg.. and nonveg food was there it's so yummy the guy's of this hotel so carrying...

Katson blue hotel is one of the best property to stay in masobra,which is a village just 16 km away from Shimla. Katson provided us the best possible food buffet and with a feel like home hospitality.
