Had a refreshing time

We were a group of 8 friends from same office and we went to Chail in search of some refreshment and peace from our same day to day rush routine and I must say staying at little heart resort fulfilled are moto of visiting chail. The property is located at a place where you just find beauty of nature and peace nothing else. Staff here is very cooperative and nice. Food served was nice. Rooms and washrooms are well maintained. The only problem that we faced was that gysers were not working in all the rooms they were working only in few rooms but for that also staff cooperated and provided us with hot water. So all in all it was a nice experience in chail and in little heart resort.

BEST LOCATION WITH WORST SERVICE EXPERINCE

Resort location and camp is good also rooms are clean but the staff is so rude and they don't ready to listen any thing do multiple false commitment at the time of booking but once you reached they with come lost fake surprise charges .

Not great. Not terrible

Stayed here with our students on an educational trip.
Lovely view... away from crowded areas. Staff extremely helpful and accomodating. But amenities quite limited, and underwhelming.
We put up in the tents and the rooms on that level... Students complained about dirty bedspreads, lack of geysers, dust on furniture, huge spiders in the rooms.
Me and my colleague woke up to find a stray dog inside our tent with us.
They did put up a nice bonfire. They also took our students for a hike. They also have some other activities which are good. Food was fine.
All in all, will say it is a good place if one is one an extremely extremely tight budget.

Nice location worst service

This resort is at very nice scenic location. However people providing services and the rooms hygiene is not up to the mark. Most of the rooms lack basic amenities.. even toilets water not working. Property owner need to spend much time and effort to make it better.

Office Trip Team Building

Awesome place to go. Hotel Staff very cooperative, food was good, property was nicely maintained. Games they conduct for team building are well prepared. Really say must go place. Overall experience from me and my team was excellent . All the best to Little Heart Resort Team
