Great view,safe for couples and solo female travelers

Had a wonderful long stay at Hotel Solan Regency ,I loved the scenic views from every corner of the property . Every spot in the Hotel is aesthetically stunning and thoughtfully designed ✨️ Rooms were very spacious, very comfortable and with amazing view. Staff was always there to serve wholeheartedly.
Every person in the Staff was extremely professional , well trained , dedicated and consistently warm . The hospitality truly stood out
Overall my stay at solan regency was v peaceful and memorable . Thanks and I would highly recommend this Hotel and would love to return again

Only view and location is good

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and view. The hotel is on third floor with no lift and that was informed to us well in advance. On reaching the hotel, I called them up and their staff came down to pick the luggage, that was a good gesture. We were a family of 7 and booked two room, one with terrace and one four-bedded room. Four-bedded room had no bathroom, it had a tiny common bathroom outside. It is actually a dormitory; they should not mention that as four-bedded room. Somehow, we all managed with one bathroom, as the bathroom for dormitory was very small. We requested to give us a room with bathroom, which they agreed and gave us a double bed room with extra bed the next day. They insisted that the extra bed will be charged. Our booking was for four-bedded room, they were giving us double bed room and still demanded charges for extra bed. Our ordeal with bathroom did not end there, the water pressure in the bathroom of the room that we got next day was negligible, again of no use. The staff said that it is like this only.
They had a long list of amenities provided in the bathroom, but nothing was there apart from an old towel and a small soap. When the basic amenity of water was not there in the bathroom, then what others one can except.
Now about the room with the terrace, the hotel has 4 room on terrace and the view from the terrace is only the saving grace. The bed in that room was broken.
We reached hotel at about 3 in afternoon. I checked in the reviewed that their kitchen was under renovation 4-5 months back, it was still under renovation. We ordered lunch from outside and asked them to provide us with plates to each, which they did and charged for the plates. After lunch, we kept the plates outside the room and those were there till next morning.
The staff is always smiling, but they are not checking on what they are providing to the guests. The towels are clean, not dirty, but they are old. Bed is broken. They just want to make money, charging for plates, charging for extra bed, charging for if one needs to stay even half an hour past 11:00 a.m., their check-out time, which is usually 12 in most of the hotels.

Good experience at hotel Solan regency,staff and hospitality was very good .The amazing view through the mountain and the mall road,give us a very wonderful experience.
