Nigeen Lake is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 3-minute drive to Dal Lake. After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the balcony or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the TV and library. This vacation rental features a BBQ grill, luggage storage, a ceiling fan, and a desk. In addition, there's a rainfall showerhead, along with free toiletries, a bidet, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities.

A family away from home. Its always special to visit kashmir when its Hamid bhai hosting you with so much warmth and welcome. The houseboat is the ultimate peace … once you are in it you would never want to leave. Love the host and all my brothers helping us throughout.

Had a good experience from the beginning to meeting Ghowar the caretaker, the total experience was good.

Made very welcome on arrival by Gowhar the caretaker who always had a smile on his face no matter what the time or weather. Bed was Incredibly warm. Food was good and tasty.Fantastic views that constantly changed as the sun rose and set. Took my breath away on numerous occasions observing the nature.Would highly recommend this houseboat for a short stay.

Beautiful experience

The boathouse was traditional with authentic carpets and curtains to Kashmir. My room was very spacious and very clean. The view from the houseboat was stunning across the Nigeen Lake, surrounded by the snow tip mountains, along with the eagles and other birds. There is plenty of trips to do, I just spent time relaxing on the houseboat. Gowhar the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting and laughing. The food was good (plentiful) I stayed for 6 nights. Would highly recommend if only for a night or two.

Simply marvellous

The housings boat is very good , The hospitality is marvellous. Food was also good. The caretaker was very sociable

Best Experience in kashmir

It was an amazing experience at Golden Flower Heritage. Hamid bhai guided us throughout our local sightseeing, and the room service and homemade food at the houseboat were excellent. He ensured that our entire trip was enjoyable and memorable.
