NATURE & PEACE - ALL CAPS

Aranya Phansad Resort feels like nature wrote the blueprint and the resort simply followed it. Winding bamboo paths, a pond full of fish, and birdsong create deep peace, while the simple cottages feel like a friend’s forest home rather than a polished hotel. This is where you go to switch off screens, stargaze, read, and reconnect with people you love. The staff are genuinely caring, improvising thoughtfully instead of offering scripted smiles. Have the veg/non-veg food here and you will not want to eat anywhere else on your trip. It’s also pet‑friendly, and dogs will have a gala time exploring the sprawling grounds and sniffing every trail.

Away from city ideal place to relax

So friends if you are bored of your city day to day life then this resort is so ideal for you, just 3 hours drive away from Mumbai, this aranya resort is located right in the middle of phansad jungle so I am sure you would get the peace here which we miss in Mumbai or any of the busy cities. This can be your ideal 2-night 3-day destination.
Easily drivable and yes away from all the busy city or any village, so yes totally relaxing and calm.
The rooms are super luxurious and big. AC, beds, and washrooms are well taken care. Colors and the interiors of the room gives you that aesthetic vibes for sure.
They have lot of indoor/board games which you can enjoy. We enjoyed playing our childhood game- business and it was super fun.
The food served here is totally homely and clean. I would certainly like to mention the hospitality here, it’s top notch.
For lunch we had nice home cooked chicken with veg sabji, daal rice and freshly made phulkas. Gulab jam at the end was icing on cake.
After some good rest we dived into the swimming pool which was one of the best pool I ever been. Super clean pool with proper height of it. This swimming pool is the heart winner of this property.
In evening had nice walk around the lake they have and had nice coffee right in the middle of the lake.
Even dinner had excellent food which we enjoyed the most.
We had a group so could enjoy nice valley ball matches and it was fun in rains.
So friends do visit aranya resort for sure if you want to take break from your busy schedule.

Serene, comfortable resort in the lap of nature

A serene place in greenery in plenty, comfortable rooms and tasty food. Located within 15 mins drive to Phansad WLS which one ought to visit when at Aranya and within less than 45 mins drive to Kashid and Murud beaches. Actually Kashid is just 5-6 kms as the crow flies but is separated by a hill housing the sanctuary.
Like evey resort, Aranya too has some minor irritants such as there being no tea-coffee making facility in the rooms despite the resort's up market positioning and tarriffs. Hopefully the owners will act soon on feedback and arrange this soon. Check out about it when booking, else carry your own elec kettle and ingredients!

Worst Resort

Hopeless service. Highly priced. Management is focused to earn money. Very average food. Resort charged us for 8 limes as well. There are lot of other good resorts in Alibaug. Please strictly avoid this place.
