Kind receptionist, pleasant stay

I had a wonderful and unexpected experience at hotel parisutham. I was in a bit of a bind with no prior booking, but the staff went out of their way to help me with a last-minute room reservation – and even gave me a discounted price, which was a real relief!
Although their restaurant was officially closed, they still managed to arrange food for me, which shows how much they care about their guests. Not many places would go that extra mile. On top of that, I had completely forgotten about the complimentary breakfast, but they kindly reminded me in the morning – small gesture, but it really made my day.
The riverside location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing stay or even just a refreshing walk in the morning.
Clean rooms, courteous staff, and genuine hospitality – I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Room for improvement

The hotel was really nice, only room for improvement in the bathroom. It had mold on the door and shower curtain. And the bed was quite hard.

Pathetic please avoid don't get fooled by pictures

Cigarette smalling rooms with mosquitos and no hot water. No one cares no matter how many times you call and complain or go downstairs and complain. This cigarette smell is really suffocating and I can't sleep because of mosquitoes and can't even take bath.

Stay away from Hotel Parisutham

Extremely bad experience. Room stinks; bedding was smelling awful; there was mould in the bathrooms; no shower curtains; the bed sheets were very dirty; towels were yellow in colour; air conditioner was creating lots of sound; poor hygiene in the restaurant; dress given for cleaning was very late in arriving and so had to postpone the checkout by 2 hrs and they had no idea where they had given it; extremely bad behaviour by the front desk folks

Stay away at all costs

An hotel which had obviously seen better days. Run down with mould in the bathrooms. Reception staff with minimal English. No international credit card facilities to pay our bill. We had to rustle up cash. No safety deposit box, cash stolen from our room. The pool was clean and pleasant. The catering staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was limited.
We emailed the hotel after our departure. Still awaiting a response a week later.
