Very pleasent stay

Location was on main city . Food was tasty and price was reasonable. Rooms were clean and tidy
The staff were courteous and friendly Specially mention Mrs. Gopika she is helping with room booking .
i highly recommend to any one who wants to explore Trivendrum city location

Excellent Stay Experience at Hotel Chirag Inn, Trivandrum

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Chirag Inn, Trivandrum and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel is ideally located with easy accessibility from the Central Railway Station, KSRTC Bus Station, and Trivandrum International Airport, making it a very convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers.
One of the key highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality extended by the hotel team. A special mention goes to Mr. Arasu, the General Manager, whose warm and professional approach truly enhanced our stay. He went out of his way to ensure every guest felt comfortable and well-attended. Equally commendable was Ms. Gopika at the front office, who was courteous, prompt, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The buffet breakfast was delightful, with a good spread of fresh and tasty options that cater to different tastes.
Overall, Hotel Chirag Inn delivers an excellent experience in terms of location, service, cleanliness, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Trivandrum—whether for a short trip or a longer stay.

Stay away from this place.

We paid over 3000 rupees a night. The sheets, pillow cases were frayed and grungy. Some had not been changed. No towels etc. The towels were old and stained. The housekeeping woman was rude and argued that there was no need to change the pillow cases. There was sand in the puris at breakfast which was pathetic. One teaspoon of coffee in room. I could go on. It is in a prime location but it needs to be shut down.

SERVICE IS GOOD AND RESTOURANT AND ROOM ARE VERY PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL AND FOOD WAS VERY DELICIOUS BEAHAVIOUR OF SERVICE STAFFS WHICH WAS SO NICE . SO I FELT GOOD EXPERIENCE ABOUT HOTEL CHIRAG . I LIKE IT MORE IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING TO GET BETTER ROOM WITH DELICIOUS FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE IN TRIVANDRUM THAT I PREFFER FOR THEM

Chirag Inn TVM should be last option if you booking something at Trivandrum.

Pathetic experience here. Air conditioning was not working. TV is not working. The keyless card they provided also not working. Did not see the staff is keen to help to get these fixed. Another interesting thing is they offer "Breakfast Included" . No option at all for breakfast. Just idili is what I could see there. Not even cut fruits.
