Good rooms ,good location,staff is quite helpful.one thing is they serve breakfast only.but there are plenty of restaurants with in five mins walk .

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Front Office Service

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The reception team was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of basic hospitality and customer service. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome, as if helping guests was a favor rather than their job. This is not the level of service any guest should expect from a hotel. The front office staff clearly need proper training in how to speak to and handle customers.
The only positive point was the housekeeping team, who did a good job. However, the food is overpriced for what is offered.
Overall, very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available. This was the first time I’ve encountered such poor behavior from a hotel’s front office, and I will not be returning.

Good hotel near TVC

This hotel is very close to Thiruvananthapuram Railway Station and Thampanoor Bus Stand. The check-in/check-out experience was good. The deluxe room was very spacious. Autos were easily available near the entrance.

A Decent Budget Hotel

It is a good budget hotel very much near to the railway station. Stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Rooms were clean and tidy. Reception and room service was also quick. Worth the money spent.Lots of food options in and around the place.

A less clean hotel

I have 21 years of hotel industry experience now also working as a F&B service manager for a world wide company. I also studied resort management Malaysia Taylor college.
Since 1996 every two years sometimes even more i ަgo on holiday to hotel highland thampanoor trivandrum every time I go I see the cleanliness is deteriorating the hotel management does not seem to care much about this. bathroom is very dirty not cleaned properly bed sheets are very worn and pillows are very old and dirty. Spider web in different directions in the room. Restaurant staff are very nice specially restaurant captain Surjeet and restaurant waiter Hari. Front desk Staff are very friendly Binu, Kavita, Binoy.
