Comfortable Stay During My Exams

My mother and I stayed here during my exams in Thrissur. We booked the room online, and the check-in process was smooth. The stay was very comfortable, and the place was peaceful and quiet, especially after the nearby school closed for the day.
The room was clean and calm, making it a good place to relax and study. I felt a little unhappy about one small issue, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend it.

Wrost rooms ever

I would not recommend staying at this residency. The room was nothing like the photos shown on booking platforms such as Agoda and Goibibo. The actual room was very basic and far below my expectations compared to the online images.
The hotel is located behind a school, so it was very noisy during the day. The room walls were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, making the room feel neglected. I also found spiders inside both the bathroom and the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
Overall, the property looks completely different from what is advertised online, and I felt misled by the listing. I have attached photos of the room so others can compare them with the images advertised on the booking platforms and judge the difference for themselves. I would highly avoid this residency and recommend choosing a different hotel instead.

Not good

Worst experience of stay in this hotel, not clean, stayed for 2 nights with difficulty, bad smell in room and toilet. Not good as seem in photo, very very average only. I don't recommend this hotel, not good place for stay. Please don't get cheated
