Safa Residency is the best choice

I hv stayed with my mom during my return visit Athi Varathar Kancheepuram. Felt so comfortable with this hotel. Very clean room, helpfull staff n reception staff very friendly. Morning vibes was wonderful with nice fragrance. Sure will come back to Safa ❤️

Decent hotel to stay with family

Last wednesday 31.07.2019, travelled along with my family and stayed in this hotel on the way to Sterling Munnar.Initial room allocated was average and the Airconditioner flow was terrible. So placed a request for the change of room and they have allocated suite room which is very spacious and good.Food is not available.rooms are maintained well, worth a stay definitely for Rs.1,600/-

Poor Customer Service

We had a disastrous stay at the hotel last summer. With the extreme heat of the city we were not able to bear it when additionally the AC of our room was not working. We were shifted to another room where again we had the same problem. While the staff was able to fix it temporarily they were aware that the acs have problems n yet allocated such rooms to customers

Reasonable place

We stayed here recently for just one night. The room suited our needs, was clean and comfortable. There was no wifi in room but it was available at reception for free. No restaurant available but staff pointed us in the direction of local places and this was fine. Only slight criticism is that there is a sort of rubbish sorting area opposite the Hotel that smells a bit but this is really only noticeable when entering and leaving.
