Very good and warm hotel with freindly staf. My friend and husband stay there for connecting trip. Easy to access for both bus and tran. The room is comfortable. Check in easy and purely nice officets. Will recommen to other friend that visit to trichy

Disappointing night stay

Booked Vijey Hotels, Trichy for a short halt. Regret the choice.
Long wait at check-in, as only one person was managing the desk.
The room was uncomfortable. The AC had no proper control and was not fixed even after complaint. A room change was mentioned but never happened. The room also had a cigarette smell.
Bathroom design is poor. Ceiling is very low and I hit my head.
Hot water is limited to 6–10 AM, which does not work if you leave early.
Food was below average.
Location is the only positive.

Stay at VIJEY Hotes Trichy

Myself and wife aged 79 and 71 stayed in Room 508 in Second Floor from 19th Dec to 21st Dec 24. We both were stuck in between 1st and 2nd Floor at 12.20 PM in the Lift. There was no response from the reception lady when I made calls to the Landline as well as Mobile. We have been suffocating nearly 30 minutes and after huge suffering we were released by some person. The reception lady was irresponsible and there was no Manager to report the issue. When I enquired this has happened in the recent days also in last night also. To safeguard the life of senior people like us , kindly do not allow Top Floors to them when there were no take care people at the Lodge. Some remedial action is need to be be taken . Otherwise the Lodge is Okay for Budget Travellers

A Little Gem

This is supposed to be a budget hotel but we found it to be superior to some of the better rated hotels in Tamil Nadu. It's near a busy road but once you enter your room it's absolutely quiet. We were there just overnight. The room was clean, firm beds and clean linen. There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel. Very helpful staff. Hotel far exceeded or expectations.

Worst and Rude Behavior of Receptionist Mrs.Lakshmi

I regularly stay on weekends for Hospital visit and on particular time I stayed 6 days. April 2nd to 7 th. When I came down to leave hotel the receptionist rudely informed me to handover a letter for my stay. It was not a request it was bossy type with no respect I was shocked and and asked her what for she never uttered the reason. I was irritated I told I never expected a rude behavior and with no reason I cannot give a letter. So stupid. I informed her for checkout with all my stay pending till evening. I was made to checkout by her behavior. She never uttered a sorry or an apology. With this kind worker the hotel May lose a customer but I am warning all who book rooms they don't respect or treat you well.
You are just a person who stay with no life in the words...So I advise not to choose this hotel. Management should give a training first. The GM should be given training first as from GM all goes down.
