Super service by Club 7 Team!! Congratulations and thank you for treating our guest on our behalf with special care!!

We had booking for 32 rooms to accommodate around 60 guests from overseas and other states (combined) to attend our daughter's marriage which was held at Vijaya convention center, Thiruvalla on 29nth November 2023. Happy that they followed our every instruction and made our guest feel staying at home. All transport coordination with our arranged transporters was well coordinated with no room of any errors. Location at the City center was an added advantage. We strongly recommend Club7 Hotel for any requirements irrespective of the number of guests. Special thanks for Chitra, Ammu and Dileep and we will cherish the memories working with you all. All the very best to Club7 team!

Unprofessional conduct from the front desk staff.

I had a terrible experience at Club7 Hotel. After taking my payment, the front desk staff abruptly canceled my stay, claiming I was rude—an unfair and baseless accusation. They demanded an ID for the second guest, and when I explained it would be provided upon arrival, they still refused to honor my booking. Their unprofessional and inappropriate behavior made the entire situation frustrating and inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting fair treatment and decent customer service.

Poor experience

The rooms were bare bones and the bathroom was very outdated and somewhat dirty.
I did see a couple of roaches.
We were visiting family nearby and stayed for two nights.
If they can invest in updating the bathrooms, that would definitely elevate the experience.
The restaurant inside was decent..

Very rude behavior from the reception

To the customer who is willing to stay need to look on it :while staying on club7 hotel on 23July 2024 at 7pm i have order chicken biryani in club7 hotel restaurant. But they were unavailable to provide me. So i order from zomato to delivered the food to reception. And requested reception team to deliver it by room boy. But reception team is saying that I need to go and collect from them. And suddenly I was shocked paying a huge amount in this hotel and thinking that each hotel consider that "customer is God". And as a premier member not treated properly as I would not wish to stay in this hotel future also I suggest people to cross check before selecting this hotel.

BAD MANAGEMENT THIRUVALLA BRANCH

Very bad customer service, unable to get my zomato and swiggy orders delivered, being stopped by guards, agreed upon sending food by the hands of room service boy now denying even that. They expect us to go and get the delivery from ground floor. If we could get the delivery from ground floor wouldn't we also go to the shop?? What's the point of paying so much in this hotel when it's troubling customers on the name of hotel policy and rules and regulations .. Hotel policy should be such that is flexible and convenient . Reception people are misbehaving and management is improper.
Problem faced at july 23rd 2024 at night 9:15 . I was here for a long stay but after this incident I will not suggest this hotel to anyone..
