Best hotel for family stay

It was very nice stay. Room was clean & hygienic. Services as good & the staff behaviour was very nice and good & specially thaks to Reception Manager Mr. Mahendra Pal Ji was very helpful & nice in behaviour. Highly recommended for family stay & location is near by railway station & bus stand. Overal experience was very good & food is also tasty & delicious

Comfort

Comfortable stay with full satisfaction and the service was from all category was excellent. Food quality is also matching the standard quality with very good price and lastly the location is near to walking distance of government bus depot.

Very nice hotel

Good day everyone This is the best hotel in India. I with my wife were traveling this year for whole India and never met with such a great service and hospitality. We booked a small room and the staff offered for us room larger. Room was really great and well cleaned. Also they helped us with our bags and some questions that we have. Managers were polite and friendly. Also hotel is situated in a cool location near the sightseeing, bus and train station. I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel you will enjoy. Thanks a million for a great service

Just OK for 1 night stay

Pros :
1. Located near Udaipole circle with all necessities in proximity.
2. Udaipur tourist spots are also nearby
3. Big room with 2 double beds
4. Effective AC
5. Helpful staff especially helper Singh.
Cons :
1. Coackroaches in rooms and bathrooms
2. Smelly corner in the room
3. Lift not working
4. Dirty bathroom
5. Parking is in a different premises nearby.

Terribly disappointed

We know it is a budget hotel , but in my opinion it is waste of money.
There is no water in washbasin after complaint. Bed sheets have stains and so that blanket covers.
Towels given are also dirty . I am attaching a picture also.
We ordered for our food at 10.20 n still waiting at 10.58.
Earlier our kids had a dal like flat sambhar. Tamatar sev having exceas salt n dal without slat.
No drinking water was provided .
