Family hotel with helping nature staff

Very friendly staff which guide you about everything..we went for vindhyavasani devi, sarnath and varanasi family tour .. amazing trip without any tension Yuvraj ji was very friendly and honest person. Highly recommend for family trip

Bahot hi bura

Staying here was a huge mistake. The service was absolutely pathetic and ruined my Varanasi trip. The staff is unprofessional and rude; they simply do not care about the guests. It is a total waste of money. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful stay in varanasi

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place. The owners were very warm and comforting at the first sight and the way they treated us. It was our first time visiting Varanasi and we were just 6 months into our marriage and the suggestions and experiences they shared about the place was really helpful. They have cool packages for the boat rides to the ghats. It was a great experience the rooms were also nice and comfortable. For anyone who is visiting Varanasi for the first time, do choose this place and do connect with the owners incase of any queries, they are really helpful!

Doesn't meet any hospitality criterion !!

Booked with them directly. It had been an unpleasant experience to be honest.
- Had booked Super deluxe room but was allotted a deluxe one.
- A fellow guest told me that he got the room in 2/3rd the cost Vs what I paid and when I complained this to the guys there, they just started telling plain lies.
- Even after paying high prices, they never offered any complementary breakfast.
- Highly compromised food quality.
- No housekeeping happened during my 3 days of stay. Only Mopping that too on repetitive requests.
- No Linen changed.
- Stained Towels
Highly unprofessional and untrained staff. A big let down..
