EXCELLENT AND MEMORABLE STAY
We checked in at about 1 pm on 9 th August 26 .
Ambience at entry was Pleasant and calming . After coming to main reception we were guided to ne tower reception for check in . Mr Prateek did our check in . He took more time to check in ! When asked why only normal Tika or Aarti was done , and not Rudrakasha mala was worn as Taj Gesture . He said it is not done at Taj Ganges . It is done only at Nadesar Palace . A Lie !
Next day morning we saw all guests at Taj Ganges reveived wirh Tika and decorative Clay mala ! When asked they said it is done for all guests !
When questioned we were then again recived with Tika and Mala by Smiling Rita and Priyanka with their able assistant and she apologised twice for yesyerday's mistake .
2 ) 10 th August 26 began quite Beautifully with TRUE TAJ GESTURE after interacting with Smiling , receptive Prerana . She assisted so nicely and quickly for two days extension and also complimentary upgrade of two rooms close to each other as we were family together. She was ever smiling during our interaction 3 days stay . She asked us daily aboit our stay being confortable ! A caring nature .
Her hospitality is TRUELY commendable . Her capabilities , services and her potential is required at Taj Palaces like Mumbai .
Prerana made our check out pleasant .
Prachi was also very receptive , helpful and always . During 3 days she showed good hospitality spirit and also helped us .
Prerana and Prachi also pleasantly surprised us with Group Family photo and also with Lovely Gift of Silk Stole . A lobely moment to Remember and carry along with us .
Others in team Pem , Padmini , Aayush Owais , Kavya / Asif anf Amar gave their good impressions during last 4 days of our stay .
3) At Chowk restuarant , Manager , Mr Rakesh Mishra was imressive and helped us to select and order food of our choice as we had 18 month old baby . Aanchal , was always on toes and helped us in taking orders and serving with full smile . Food was Excellent and Tasty .
4) Rooms were neat and clean and with Very Good Ambience .

Taj's name is being misused
Pathetic Experience .. The service has deteriorated compared to before, and the food doesn't taste good either. When asked, the staff member said that no old staff could continue working due to the politics of HR Manager Pravin Negi. They are looking to bring in new staff at a low cost.This is why the quality is deteriorating. This doesn't really match the Taj brand.

Unforgettable stay at the heart of Varanasi
Our stay at the Taj Ganges in Varanasi was truly an experiance unlike anything I have had before. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I felt completely at home. The rooms were immaculate and the view of the lush gardens was very unique and incredibly calming after a full day of exploring the ghats and temples of this ancient city. The restaurant served some of the most authentic Banarasi cuisine I have ever tasted, and the breakfast spread was generous beyond expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi, whether for leisure or a spiritual journey. The location is convenient, the service is top notch, and the overall atmosphere of the property is one of refined elegance. We will without a doubt be checking in again on our next visit to this magical city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and truly memorable stay.
