Horrible experience and hospitality
Payed almost 7000/- for a jacuzzi room.
Jacuzzi was poorly managed and dirty. The location of the property is isolated, not much nearby. Telephone in the room doesn't work to call the hotel reception.
The view from the room was a dirty swamp of trash, from the first floor itself.
Hotel reception doesn't even have a first aid kit, when my friend had a cut. Not even basic Dettol, cotton, bandaids etc. They went and got it.
We had a friend visiting in the morning, around 9am, less than two hours from our checkout.
The reception staff started harrassing us during breakfast saying how can someone come like this, why didn't you inform us, what are you doing, why is your friend here etc. horrible hospitality. My friend came in from the entrance, no one was at the reception, and they started The drama. The bald man from reception could not speak politely at all since our friend came.
I ordered toasted bread, it came out hard and almost burnt. My friend ordered poori, it came out like a papad. Idli was very thick to bite, and chewy.
Waste of money, and service.
