Good feel in room

Very refreshing ambiance. Courteous and helpful hotel staff. The room feel was very much good. Toilet was clean and hygienic. Next time, if got opportunity, will surely book this hotel. Our stay at this time was exceptionally good.

Recommended for families with small kids

Thanks to makemytrip.com for this recommendation. The best thing about this property is it's staff. They are super helpful and cordial. To our surprise they arranged a 3 and half hours early check-in at 4-30 am. They took very good care even of our smaller needs, like- hot water for our baby, extra dishes and bowls for our eating. The only disadvantage is they don't have a restaurant but the staff brings you food without charging anything over the food price. We are just amazed about their good behavior. Strongly recommended to couples with small kids.

Home away from home!

This was a great place to spend 3 nights with a team of 9. Here are a few things you should know about this hotel:
1. Amazing staff! They were very helpful and had an average understanding of English.
2. Great Indian breakfast. Not sure where it comes from but it was good and we didn't get sick. It was also pretty prompt. They have great tea (chai) as well. Bottled water available if you ask.
3. Rooms are spacious with A/C, a fan, refrigerator and sink, The bed is firm with clean sheets.
4. Rooms are not wheelchair accessible. There is a small elevator.
5. Free WiFi (but Gmail was blocked).
6. Bakery and pharmacy nearby with other local shops. About 1 1/2 miles from a large mall (we walked but you can get an auto-rickshaw).
7. Amazing staff (worth saying twice).
8. You need to request the room to be cleaned, which is great so you know that no one has access to your room.
9. Several outlets for charging your devices. Bring an adapter if you are from the USA.
10. As always (in India) bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper (Indians love to honk their horns, day and night).
I will definitely be back!!

Not a great place

I stayed at this property for 3 nights. Below are my negative feedback.
1. No kitchen. Breakfast is brought from outside. Most probably from small time food cart vendor who sell on the footpath next to this hotel/Guest house.
2. Not much eating options within walkable distance. The hotel staff can get the food for you. Expect them to deliver the food atleast after 45 mins post request.
3. One Complimentary water bottle daily is part of the deal. They do not give that until you ask them.
4. House keeping of rooms not done till requested.
5. Card payment machine may not work.
6. I had stayed in another property just next door to this one. The way you are taken care right from arrival to departure was worth it. That was missing here.

Cheap and affordable

Small and simple rooms, which are neat and clean. Stayed here for a day, as needed rest before driving. They charge extra 300/- for AC, which wasn't really required in Nov. Doesn't have too many eating joints around. There is no attached restaurant either.
