Lunch at Kalinga restaurant

Staff was very friendly. Receiving of guests and seating for table of two nos good response. Quality of food and very fast service done. We really enjoyed our lunch at mayura hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Had a quick meal in Mayura Restaurant

We were 36 of us in a group and wanted to have a quick bite for our delayed lunch.
The restaurant has sitting as well as standing eating arrangement.
We could see washbasins for washing hands but did not notice any restrooms.
We ordered Chapathi & Korma but found too much oil poured on Chapathi. After advising them, they reduced the oil. The taste was OK.
Also, there was too much sugar in the coffee!
We were impressed with the fast service, rolled out like in a Factory!

One of the best in Vizianagaram

Recently we booked one of their Banquet hall for our family function.. Very reasonable charges..
Food also good.. friendly staff and cooperative Manager..
Rest rooms are average in maintenance.. They should improve in this area..

It is located near to the vizianagaram rtc complex walkable distance only. It have breakfast hotel,veg and non veg restaurants, ac function halls and rooms are available. When we take a room they offer complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is good than rooms. In the ground floor it have cream castle also.

Very dirty & dilipidated

I am an easy non fussy traveller but this hotel was utterly disgusting & extremely dirty. The room was unswept,very dusty, the bedsheets were unclean & blackened, unwashed. The toilet had no toilet paper, toiletries, no bath shower head or hot water and we had to use pail & scoop to bathe. The toilet window pane was broken, letting in many mosquitoes. The tables were dusty & they quoted a higher price than was booked. The breakfast was pathetic, dirty with flies & the man used his hand to lay the idlies & God knows where he had used them before that. The service was extremely lethargic with things delivered several hours later after repeated reminders. Please think 100 times before u check in .
