Nice to saty for family with children

Nice.Mr.Sabari & his coolegue very helpful.location near boat house also very convenien to enjoy the nature.In restarent food not satisfactory.we stayed in A2 in May 14th to 17th 2025.Morning Buffet also good.Children park also good.Restarent waiters did good job.thanks for their service.

Excellent location and good value for money.Large rooms with extensive greenery outside.

1.Very good deal on a 400sft suite @2300 with verandah,dressing room and large toilet.
2.Superb location right next to Yercaud Lake.
3.Fcilities for bonfires and a decent restaurant attached.
4.Free South Indian breakfast included.
5.Food quality and variations could be better.

very worst experience

The very worst hotel that we have ever stayed. horrible means too horrible, windows ,doors are not able to close also, curtains were useless.. Room was stinking.. that free breakfast was HORRIBLE to the core.. never prefer this hotel for family stay.. our vacation mood completely got spolied

Price and Location tolerable.

Location is good near the Big lake. The price was okay too. We booked this place on booking.com after looking at the favorable reviews. However a number of things were not quite okay. 1) The tap in the bathroom dripped the whole time were there. 2) The beds were made with blankets and no cover sheets. The blankets had some cakey stuff on it. 3) No towels were provided. But maybe it was a good thing. 4) The intercom didn’t work 4) The electricity went off a couple of times in the room alone. Had to walk down to the reception each time to ask for someone to come and have a look. 5) The breakfast was okay but the table hadn’t been cleaned. Won’t be staying there again.

Very bad experience happend in TTDC Hotel Tamil Nadu, Yercaud

I have made the confirmed booking through online. My check-in time will be 10:00am. But I was arrived at the hotel by early morning 5:30am along with my wife, senior citizen parents and two kids.
While i approaching the reception staff, he said now all the rooms are full he can allot the room once the existing guest has been vacated. It will take 10:00am since, your check-in also will be commence from 10:00am only.
Then, I requested him to allot atleast give one room for fresh-up and to take rest for my kids and parents. But he refused strictly said, i cant there is no room.
At same time one more young couple has arrived and he has not done any previous booking, he approached the receptionist and he called one of his relative who is a VAO there, while he spoken to that receptionist he has allotted one room for that young couple for their immediate fresh-up and take early morning rest.
I was very much disappointed. Finally around 10:30 they have given two rooms which i booked that also from the annexe building. Initially they said that 2 room guests are vacating near by the reception and will allot the rooms for you. But finally they have not allotted the said room and they alloted the rooms from annexe building only which is completely far away from reception and dining hall.
There is no Gen set. Power shut down there while i'm reaching the hotel itself. First day itself there is no water supply in the toilet due to there was a pipe diconnected the lining pipe. There is no proper maintenance. And they have done some temporary arrangement. There is no neat and clean wardrobe. And there is no TV set top box connection. Then the 2nd day also that water supply pipe has been broken and we were wait for half a day to repair that.
The only positive is the TTDC govt. staff one madam was so kind. And she heard my worries. But without co-staff co-operation she cant do anything.
Totally waste to stay in TTDC Yercaud hotel. Price is cheap when compare to other hotel.
