very nice stay

Very good hotel to stay and the staff is very helpful, specially Mohit , Karan and Rohit the room is also clean in the hotel, the rest of the food is also very tasty ,Every location is perfect; And the breakfast is great ,

This is just 1 star or max 2 star property. Very very rude staff. No cleanliness.. cig buds at room and bathroom. Worst maintainance. Only 1 small paratha for breakfast.

This is almost closed hotel, no restaurant, all pics are years old .
Never never book this .

Unpleasant Stay given the amount I paid and unclean hotel room, stained bedsheets.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short one night stay, and unfortunately the experience was mostly unpleasant.
1. Uncleaned rooms with stains in white bedsheets: Don't fall for the photos uploaded in several booking websites. The rooms are not that much clean. There were visible stains on the bedsheets and pillow covers and a general sense of uncleanliness in the bathroom was quite high, given the quality of the accommodation.
2. High Price: Stayed for only one night and left early in the next morning (stayed for only 10 hours) but since they were charging almost full (reduced only Rs. 200 from Rs. 1200 - charged Rs. 1000 after negotiation), I thought I should give a proper review of the hotel. Not good value for money.
3. Accommodations and Amenities: The room was not spacious. The AC was not working properly in the beginning. I have never seen a fan like this, there was no wind or airflow.
I selected the hotel based on the photos provided by the owner and the hotel was not like the photos. Overall, my stay at this hotel was disappointing given the amount I paid for only 10 hours and the expectation was set seeing the photos online.
However, the location has good connectivity, there are plenty shops present and Zirakpur bus stand is just a walking distance - the only good thing about this hotel location.

This is a best hotel tie up with treebo chain staff is manners proper dress up managers are very coperative with guest maintain room quality. Value for money for hotel room stay food quality is good
