Cool quiet tranquil Villa

I loved it there. Yes, the road is terrible, but if you drive through GWK Park, the nav leads faster and on the best road. On the first day, the safe was broken-- a new one was quickly brought in. Cleaned well. Extra water if they asked for it. We had a honeymoon and we had beautiful jewelry rolled around. The pool is clean and not cold. The staff is very polite. There's a kind dog girl and a catcolumn in the villa is the cherry on the cake. You can order goadjack with food. We also ordered a floating delicious American breakfast-brought and decorated in the best beautiful way. No worries, no problems. The communal pool was not used, sunbathed once. The area is clean and beautiful

Mixed opinion, but I do not advise against

Set of small villas with private pools. Hotel away from everything, there is no shopping or promenade nearby. You need to download the Grab app to get around by taxi or scooter, absolutely no other choice.
Friendly Welcoming, the villas are clean but only the room is air conditioned and air conditioned, the rest is almost outdoors.
Advantages:
Very quiet hotel, beautiful very large room, air conditioning is efficient and quiet, very comfortable bedding, smart TV, nice beautiful bathroom size, safe, small refrigerator,.
Remarks:
Patio of the villas almost open air, you sometimes have visits: lizards, big cockroaches, insects, but it is not abnormal since not airtight, you are not in a hotel room and it did not bother me, it is still not an invasion.
Disadvantages:
There is a larger pool, but very, very, very dirty, green water, you don't want to go... Roof top whose parquet is old, rotten, worn, disjointed and dangerous slats, be careful not to hurt yourself, the view overlooks the huge statue of Vishnu, but also a vacant lot and garbage dumps.
Breakfast, about 7€, it is not a buffet: eatable but not terrible, omelet, some pieces of fruit not very good, a coffee, two toasts, a tasteless juice...
I was astonished to see men cleaning the rooms' garbage bags over the wall in a nearby field; Bali does not have the same approach to the environment as Europe. Okay, it's a tropical country, but still...
Conclusion:
Rather far from everything, beaches, restaurants, entertainment, markets, you must travel by taxi (mandatory). Renovation and extensive cleaning are required.
Despite these drawbacks, I do not advise against, but do not expect a 5 star spring.

The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property.

We just want to voice some concerns we had with the service and cleanliness of the stay:
- no fridge in the room (we had to ask for one)
- partner was vegetarian with dietary requirements and for two days the order was wrong.
-after the room was cleaned, the hand towels weren't replaced and we needed to ask for new ones.
- bed sheets were dirty and stained in two separate occasions of our stay.
- on the second day, we were locked out of our room for 30 mins due to faulty door lock and staff needed to climb the walls for access.
- two occasions where the bath towels had stains and didn't look clean. Had to share the less stained one
-ants all over the bathroom and intruding into the room.
-cigarette ash found at the edge under the bath in the bathroom after we were out all day.
-laundry service was returned damp and was charged twice.
-upon check out there were duplicate charges for laundry and floating basket/room service fee
We are thankful that management was flexible on the food delivery services, due to dietary requirements.
However, we were asked to not leave reviews in exchange for voiding the transaction of final payment of approx AUD$102.30
Management requested Credit card details, before indicating that they could not refund, and requesting Bank details. Very questionable.

Amazing place, delicious food!

What a beautiful, peaceful place. Spectacular views, the sunset over the famous Garuda statue is awesome. We had a delicious 4 course seafood dinner specially prepared by the manager, Mr. Adhi ,table setting on the top deck facing the Garuda with the sunset. I'll never forget this memorable stay and will come back to stay here again. Mr. Adhi was such a pleasant man and nothing was too difficult for him. The staff were so genuine. We had in house massages by a lovely lady, Dion. The room is large and so the bathroom. The indoor swimming pool with lounge was a bonus. Lovely free breakfast. Absolutely beautiful place. A big thanks to the manager and his team for making our stay memorable.
