Spacious, equipped, budget friendly, great team

A great place for clean, spacious, equipped villas / rooms, with a lot of outdoor curated lawns, swimming pools and a great serving team. All this in a very reasonable rate. For families and couples it is a blessing.
Their villas are especially great. Private yet connected. Bedrooms and washrooms are spacious and match to a five star hotel. Equipped with all toiletries. Dining table besides the swimming pool add worth to your trip. A jacuzzi and a good size, well maintained swimming pool inside the villa was the main point of interest for our kidz. We spent hours sitting in bedrooms and verandas while watching our kids swimming.
Ala carte breakfast was also great and contains everything that you need.
The location was also great. Every part of city is on reasonable distance from here. It is in the middle of Nusa dua and Kutta. Airport and waterboom park are also near.
Besides everything, the team was great. They are mannered, helping, quick and efficient. I would really like to stay again.

Sadly the cooked breakfast food was cold but we were given a refund without asking, staff were pleasant and surroundings beautiful

Relaxing getaway with serenity all round the resort. The terra cotta restaurant does not offer breakfast buffet but you get to choose 1 item from the breakfast menu which is pretty decent.
There are heaps of places in the resort where you can just sit and wind down with either a drink or a book

Wanted to love it, but some updates needed

Stayed in Grand Royal - Villa 2 for 4 nights over Christmas.
Pros - staff lovely, food lovely, hotel grounds well maintained and quiet.
Cons - villa 2 is in need of updates and was disappointing upon arrival (not to the quality of website images shown). Eg, Doors to rooms stuck every time you opened and, stained old leather couch, stained bathtubs, dirty outdoor shower in master bedroom.
Requested move to alternate villa, however no other 2 bedroom villas were available.
Kitchen not stocked with anything to cook with, you had to request at the property.
For the coffee drinkers - hot coffee not available at all times.
We've travelled to Bali multiple times so. don''t get me wrong, overall the property was a good stay - our particular villa just not rhe quality we were expecting.

We sincerely apologize that Grand pool villa II did not meet your expectations upon arrival. Your comments regarding the doors, furnishings, bathroom condition, and outdoor shower are well noted, and this feedback has been shared with our management and engineering teams as part of our ongoing improvement plans. We regret that we were unable to offer an alternative two-bedroom villa at the time due to full occupancy.
Regarding the kitchen amenities, these are provided upon request to ensure cleanliness and guest preference, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated. For coffee service, hot coffee is available during breakfast hours, and we appreciate your suggestion for extended availability.
