Don’t stay here
We stayed here for my sister’s wedding. While some of the staff were very nice, others were not friendly at all. For this price range, you can definitely find much better service in Batam.

Good hotel and good location
Wonderful experience, good location hotel, beautiful room and clean, good food and good service, buffet breakfast lovely and many choice from local to international food, I love the bbq on the buffet breakfast. Only about 10 mins from Batam Ferry Terminal. There is nothing much around the hotel. But as Grab is very affordable in Batm, it makes up for it.
Hotel room is clean and everything is well maintained as I think they have just opened in 2025.
Breakfast is good with an IndoMie station.
