Great location!

We adored this place. We stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour of Bali and Lombok and this hotel is fabulous. The location, by Mount Rinjani, is perfect and just by the entrance to the waterfall steps. The wooden cabins are lovely, really clean with comfy beds. It has everything you need, the food and drinks are great and very reasonably priced. The staff were fab too. You won’t get luxury, but it is very good value for money. We loved it!

Caught the staff stealing from our room

Don’t stay here it’s that simple.
I caught one of the staff wearing my baseball cap which was in my room. When I checked they had gone through my luggage and stole my cap.
The whole experience ruined our time on Lombok and didn’t sleep that night worried about what may happen.
Avoid this place there are far better around and feel safe.

Poor

First housed in one of the oldest rooms (and that for a Superior room!). So, upon request, placed in a newer bungalow. That was more in the direction of Superior. Service level mediocre. Rooms are not cleaned (?) and provided with new towels unless requested. Breakfast and other meals very poor. Good for young people who stay one night to go on a trek to the Rinjani.

Amazing view to the waterfall and rice fields

I was just here for lunch after going to a trip to the waterfalls. The place have beautiful surroudings and garden, and a great view to the waterfall and to the ungle and rice fields. The food was good.

Great room with fantastic view!

My Rinjani guide picked this place and its lovely! I reached there at 10pm, it was really dark, there isn't much lights around the area. The room is basic but huge! It's clean and air conditioned. Next morning when I went to check out the surrounding view, its fantastic! From the breakfast area you could see the views of mountains and I even saw couple of black monkeys on trees.There's this little shelter right outside my room and I think its perfect to just laze there during the day, read a book, enjoy the view and to catch a glimpse of the beautiful star filled night sky. I will definitely choose to stay there again.
