Top notch service and luxury

Stayed at the Mulia Baron suite for three nights. It was a proper luxury in terms of facilities, service, and the lack of need to wait is what sets it apart.
The availability of sunbeds with great views, the abundance in selection of breakfasts, the 247 butler service were great. One negative point would be that after two days, all the food start to taste the same. Apart from that, an incredible place to stay at for a special occasion.

Absolutely incredible - better than I have ever experienced

My family took my sister and I to Bali for the first time because they couldn't wait to share the experience with us. There's no doubt why they keep returning! The place is beyond beautiful, with absolutely everything imaginationable catered for, whether it was relaxing at the beach, sitting in the cabana by one of the numerous pools, the spa surrounded by immaculate gardens, or eating the most delicious & diverse foods and cocktails. The rooms were perfect and well considered, if I could have packed my mattress I would have (talk about comfy!). But the most special part of the holiday, was the staff. Especially Ika who went above and beyond to know my sister and I, she was so considerate of us and preemted what ever we might need. Then there was Vrisna who had my family in stitches laughing during afternoon tea. I will absolutely be coming back.

A flawless luxury escape—already planning our return

The Mulia in Nusa Dua is a place where luxury, exceptional service, and a relaxing ambience combine together seemingly effortlessly.
Our suite was exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed, with a private jacuzzi , and a spa-like bathroom with double vanities, a large tub, and premium finishes that made every routine feel indulgent. Even the bed was one the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered in hotel accomodation. The butler service was a standout—attentive without being intrusive, and staff across the resort were consistently warm, professional, and eager to anticipate our needs, which truly elevated the entire stay.
Food was exceptional across the board. The Café’s vast, high-quality breakfast buffet and à la carte menu, which ran to 10 pages set your day up well. Afternoon high tea and free flowing drinks was also indulgent with specialty restaurants like Soleil, Table8, and Edogin, and sunset cocktails at Sky Bar and Cascade Lounge adding the perfect flourish. With such great food offerings I was a regular at the gym which is large and very well appointed and was never too busy in the mornings. The resort’s many pools, pristine private beach, and rental private cabanas, which we took advantage of a number of times, created a sanctuary for both relaxation and rejuvenation. The Mulia excelled in every category and has us already planning our next visit.

10/10 stay, chefs kiss, no notes

We had the most wonderful stay at Mulia Suites Bali and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the incredible facilities to the food, beautiful suite and most importantly the genuinely wonderful people, everything exceeded our expectations.
The facilities are outstanding. There are multiple beautiful pools, including an amazing kids’ pool with a splash play area and slides straight into the water. Our 4-year-old daughter, Nora, absolutely loved it!
Our suite was gorgeous, huge, incredibly comfortable and beautifully maintained. It felt spacious and luxurious while still being somewhere we could truly relax as a family.
The food was exceptional. We ate at the Cafe, the Lounge, Soleil and Table 8, and every single meal was delicious. The variety and quality genuinely exceeded our expectations. Nora especially loved the Cafe (and, of course, the chocolate fountain! ).
But what really makes Mulia special is the people. Every staff member we encountered was authentically warm, kind, funny and attentive. They noticed the little things and went out of their way to make our family feel welcome. They all engaged with Nora and made her feel so special—she was even allowed to push the horn on the numerous buggy rides, which absolutely delighted her!
When we left, the team gave Nora a special farewell present. I had tears in my eyes watching how happy and loved she felt in that moment. That level of kindness is something we will remember for a very long time.
They also sang my partner Happy Birthday at breakfast on the morning of his birthday, which absolutely made his day. ❤️
I sincerely hope the Mulia recognises just how much value their incredible people bring to the guest experience. The facilities are amazing, but it’s the warmth and genuine care of the staff that makes this place truly unforgettable.
We are already talking about when we can come back!

A Truly Unforgettable Return to The Mulia

It had been 12 years since my last visit to The Mulia, and I was genuinely amazed to see the property again. The building and room conditions are perfectly maintained, exactly as they were 12 years ago — it really shows how much care they put into their property.
As always, we received a warm welcome. I was excited to be there with my wife and son this time. Twelve years ago I visited with my parents, and that trip left such an unforgettable memory that I decided I had to return, this time with my own family.
My wife, who has stayed at many 5-6 star hotels around the world, was skeptical when I told her how amazing The Mulia is. But from the very first day, she admitted the resort is truly exceptional.
The atmosphere throughout our stay was luxurious and exclusive. Even though it was peak season with many guests, using the Oasis swimming pool and The Lounge still felt private and exclusive. Service was quick and attentive, which let us fully enjoy our time there.
I'd like to give warm thanks to several staff members who provided excellent service during our stay: Mia in the front office team, Guswar and Humphrey at the concierge, our butler Debi, and Adi — along with many others I don't have room to mention here. I want to thank the whole Mulia team for welcoming us and treating us like family.
Our family enjoyed meals at Table 8, The Cafe, and The Lounge's à la carte menu. If you love authentic Chinese food, Table 8 is the best choice — I lived in China before, so I know what authentic Chinese food should taste like, and I can guarantee it.
I also want to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent, unobtrusive service. They tidied the rooms like ghosts while we were out, and the turndown service was perfect — we could go straight to sleep without touching a thing.
From beginning to end, it was a deeply touching experience. I will definitely return to The Mulia for our next holiday, and I look forward to seeing all the staff again.
