The hotel was outdated. The sheets and blankets were dirty and the pillow cases weren't so clean either. The staff were friendly but that's about it. The breakfast was disappointing and very limited. You can hear the traffic outside even with windows closed and it was hard to get a nights sleep. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. Not a great place to sleep even for one night. Terrible.

Bad Service

What a bad experience ever I had. I checked in on Monday and Got the room no. 415 When I entered the room the AC didn't work properly so I asked the costumer service on charge that day hoping that they will fixed. I went to grab food till nite nothing happened the AC still hot I contacted again when the technician came I told him that I had requested since afternoon. surprisingly the CS didn't tell about my first request which was happened on the afternoon. After the technician fixed the AC nothing happened still hot as the previous one. I slept with super duper hot room. Then the next day during nighttime all of sudden my room which was 415 had blackout which one of bulb in the bathroom exploded twice made me run so fast to get out form the room. My goodness what a bad bad experience ever I had.
