Needs a lot of work
It seems that this hotel was great back in the day. Now it is run down outdated. The infrastructure is literally in bad decay. Rooms are poorly furnished and need a paint job. Service is mediocre and subpar. Maybe it fits the price but better hotels for the same price all over. If it had serious TLC it but be a top hotel

The parable of a hotel is like a patient in the ICU, just trying to survive.
This hotel looks like it will die in the near future... the room facilities are worrying. Furniture is old, rickety, pillows and sheets dirty, towels smelly.
My experience of staying only lasted 1 night which should have been 3 nights, because my first room on the 9th floor was spooky and looked like it had not been occupied for a long time.
The 1st floor as a replacement for the previous room is not very comfortable, it's just warmer because it is closer to the staff and other residents.
I could only sleep 4 hours from 1am to 5am because I was uncomfortable with the dirt and the old and frightening vibes.
Breakfast is only provided a la carte and is cold.
That's why I said the hotel would die.
Hopefully we will soon get new investors to renovate everything. It's a pity for the employees who are trying to give their best but the condition of the hotel is about to die.

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! COMPLETELY GARBAGE!
Stayed at Marbella from Nov 7-8 2020, the experience was terrible. First, they messed up my booking, I booked via Agoda and the front desk told me they didn't recieved my bookings. So they put me in the rooms that is still available on the 11th floor!!
The room was dirty, old, dusty, and had a lot of dead bugs at the balcony.
One of the elevator wasn't working at the time, so I had to use the stairs from 11th floor to the ground floor eveytime I want to getout, because the lift was always full. What kind of service was that?
Everyday at mornings and noons, the hotel area is very noisy from all the bugs making sounds. Also, the lobby is not clean.
Lastly, on weekends there's always a traffic jam on the roads leading to the hotel and that will take you hours, to finally escape from that traffic.
The room was dirty, old, dusty, and had a lot of dead bugs at the balcony.

Need improvement
The only positive about this hotel is its location, the view is amazing overlooking the hills, and also its swimming pool is superb, very big, kids love it.
But the rest of this hotel needs improvement, towels and bed sheets, duvets and pillos case are greyish color, they are not looking clean and fresh , they are old and in need of change. I asked for new towels in the second day and it smells a bit like cat pee!
The furnitures are old and need remodelling.
Floors of public area are dirty!! They probably cut back of their cleaning services worker due to pandemic. Wall corners in public area covered in spider web.
Won’t coming back here again.

Poor service!
I travelled with toddler and eldery,I can say the hotel has no service at all from deal with you luggage,long time check in eventhough not too crowded, I came arround 2pm and got room key at 4pm! And worst thing 1 of elevator was maintainance so takes half hour for the elevator to the room!Room condition was ok, not too clean not too dirty,however what doesn't make sense electric plug for microwave,chiller,and electric pot is only one, so you can imagine how it work.breakfast also terrible,, i came down at 8 am and the buffet was empty,take half hour to refill but turns out it was cold so came to my mind that they intend to keep the buffet empty. One thing alteast they have foam fun party at the pool that make kids happy
