Sanur, a neighborhood in Denpasar, is home to MIMOYA STAY. Seminyak Square and Beachwalk Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sanur Beach and Kuta Beach. Waterbom Bali and Bali Safari and Marine Park are also worth visiting. While you're here, you can enjoy all the comforts of home and more, including free WiFi and a garden, as well as air conditioning and daily housekeeping. Other amenities include towels, a desk, a sitting area, and soap. In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.

The building is also therefor not secure (open door no locks).
The 'swimming pool' is tiny! more a plunge pool not big enough to swim in, and is right in front of another room so no space/privacy.
The room is small and has no windows.
The bathroom smelt Very Bad of Damp/musky/mouldy.
The bedding was torn and the mattress badly stained.
The TV did not work.
Hot shower only lasted 2 minutes (reported every day) never fixed.
Room not cleaned unless you find someone at reception and ask repeatedly.
(All) woken by loud music from the shop next door on three nights (same building).
Impossible to find in the dark (small tiny hidden sign) no one local have heard of this place.
Approx 15 mins to the 'roundabout' and 15-20 mins to the beach.
would NOT stay or recommend here.

check in is not manned (claims to be until 7pm but here was no one)
The doors are all OPEN no locks and no one on site -so this is very not secure!
A QR code which does not work, and can only TEXT (no call) to 'someone' that eventually replies! no what you want after a long flights!
VERY difficult to find these rooms -one small non illuminated sign, neither the taxi nor the locals could find it (not what you want in the dark!)
The room was small and smelt very bad (they all did) of damp/mould.
The decor on closer inspection was dirty and not clean.
the bedding was torn and the mattress heavily badly stained (YUK!)
The room was not cleaned unless repeatedly asked, and reception staff were asleep behind the desk during the day.
The bathroom was mouldy and dirty.
The room had NO windows.
The 'swimming pool' is too small to swim (more a plunge pool) and right outside another room, so no space for you or privacy for them.
About 15-20 minutes walk to the 'roundabout' - where all the bars restaurants start and about 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest beach (not at night no street lights).
SUMMARY:
This location is quite a way out along no footpaths or street lighting.
The room was small, dirty, badly maintained and smelt very bad.
NOT recommend staying here.
