Excellent private villa

A real hidden gem in Sanur. Beautiful private villas with own pool. Delicious breakfast delivered every morning. The staff are very welcoming and accomodating to anything you need. Its in a quiet part of Sanur with not much around, but gojek car to go anyway in Sanur is really cheap. Loved ourxstay and highly recommend

Nice villa, but events every night were a negative

It is a very nice villa in a good location, but will need transport to get to the beach. The private pool is great, breakfast was good and clean rooms. The only issue is they had an event on in the garden area every night, with PA speakers and loud music. We weren’t told of these events when we booked, so a little annoying. But we went out for dinner and came back later. For people wanting a relaxing quiet night at the villa, it’s not for you……

Amazing experience. Staffs were so friend my and accommodating. Highly recommended! Location was great too. Not to mention the prices were reasonable.

Marvellous Mavila Sanur

The villas are indoor/outdoors without a roof over the pool. I wasn’t expecting a pool in the middle of our room, but it was an absolute blessing/luxury in the 30 degree plus temperatures during our stay. The bed was as comfortable as any I have slept on, we had free wifi, air con, Netflix, complimentary yummy breakfast and the friendliest staff. The beach, shopping centre etc., was a taxi ride away and we had the loveliest stay.

FRAUDULENT & DISAPPOINTING

SCAMMED! DO NOT GO!
Have stopped our stay here early!! On 4 of the 5 nights of our stay there were right outside our front door, on the lawn a birthday followed by 3 weddings. This meant that from 5pm-10pm you had huge noise nuisance. In our own quarters it was so bad that we could not even hear each other a few meters away without shouting at each other! If you complain about this to them you will be told that a month before our stay they had informed us by app that there would be 3 weddings... Exactly when the period for changing or canceling has expired, can hardly be a coincidence. We are not familiar with the accommodation and we had no idea that those parties were going to take place right in front of your front door and we would be so bothered by it. Too bizarre for words that if you wanted to go out yourself you literally had to walk past the ceremonies! And often even had to go through the guests to leave the accommodation. Not at all how we envisioned our holiday!
Once you have been raised with them, you will be promised face-to-face compensation, but according to them you will have to arrange this yourself via Booking. After having done this, Booking comes to realize that we have already been offered compensation by the accommodation but we would have refused it..... if you ask what compensation this should be, you will not get an answer! All I'm saying is that there will be no compensation whatsoever.
This is too ridiculous for words! The accommodation just lies to you and Booking does nothing about it! Don't fall for this, people! There are a thousand better villas to book in Bali! Don't also become a VICTIM!

- tiles pool loose on all sides
- kitchen cabinets rattle on all sides
- included breakfast not to eat
