Beautiful and serene

We arrived at kjane mua and had booked a garden suite. My friend has mobility issues with her knees and they automatically offered to change our room to one with less stairs. The staff are very attentive and accomodating. The suite rooms are very large with comfortable big beds and massive bathroom with bath tub. We had a shared pool (with 1 other room). Breakfast was good and they do free afternoon tea everyday as well as yoga class once a week. The gardens and pools are lovely, it’s a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The location is perfect, very close to everything. Would definately stay here again.

Have a nice stay in Ubud.

Because we stayed more often at KajaNe Mua we were spoiled by the staff. Great!
In the room was a nice welcome sign, the bed with flowers and in the bathroom a flower bath.
The stay at KaJaNe Mua is always excellent. Nice room with private pool, which was cleaned twice a day. The breakfast restaurant was extensive. A nice free Afternoon tea.
We had dinner once in the evening in the restaurant. A few drinks with Mie Goreng Chicken + Mie Goreng Seafood. Black rice pudding + Crispy Banana. And that was all delicious in taste. Very good. The staff and service were very friendly, caring and helpful throughout and always came to ask nicely if everything was to your liking. This hotel is highly recommended.

Fabulous hotel in Ubud

My granddaughter age 16 and I had an excellent stay at KaJaNe Mua. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request.
The restaurant was outstanding, with both breakfast and afternoon tea included, offering a great selection of delicious food and beverages. Our room was kept spotless and was cleaned twice daily, which was greatly appreciated and added to the overall comfort of our stay.
The laundry service was also excellent—efficient, professional, and delivered with great care.
One of the best aspects of the property is its location. It is within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, yet it remains a peaceful hidden oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The tranquil atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
Overall, KaJaNe Mua provided exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Amazing Experience

Amazing Experience with wonderful staff and service! The property is very beautiful with a small stream inside the property along with lush green trees around. The spa was amazing! The restaurant included a wide variety of breakfast! Kind and generous staff! Would come back again

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and excellent value for the price.
I especially want to thank Novi — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm hospitality made my stay even better, and she was always helpful with anything I needed.
If I visit Bali again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended.
