Room nice staff nice. Good value will recommend this hotel to anyone cause near train station. I do book with miss yunita the she give me nice stay nice room she’s good reception . And other to polite .

Cutes overload hotel in Jakarta

The room is nice. The staff are friendly and the food is also delicious. Mention one staff, Mbak Yunuta, good English. Then the facilities have a gym. Cute art hotel overload.

Not enough solutions to problems

We booked two separate trips a few days apart for a city view room 30. The first room we got was really really terrible. It smelled like fried food all night and there's no good ventilation whatsoever. Then again, probably the smell is from the ventilation... I mean we never had this kind of smell anywhere in hundreds of hotel rooms we stayed before. The smell was really really strong loke someone was cooking next to us.And the noise from the highway was like hell.... the next day we asked for a change and it was very very difficult. Saying, the same room type is not available. We can only downgrade. Ok, we accepted it. And it was smaller on the other side so no smell, no noise.
We asked when we left to the reception, if they can provide the room on the quiet side with no food smell, when we come back, she said not the same room type is available AGAIN. Oh well, hard to believe but what can we do...The second stay, we came back and to our surprise, they tried to gave us the exact same room with the terrible smell and the noise that we got the first night. Obviously they do not care what problems guests had whatsoever and no memo or anything. We had to wait for them to figure out which room they can give us and seems like they DO NOT understand or want to understand what was the problem. It was a terrible experience.
The location is great and the breakfast is great but it's not a great hotel as the reception has no brain or care to solve the problems guests have. Never again.
