I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided during our recent stay at your establishment, which was booked as an executive family room for four persons through [Expedia/booking portal]. We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable.
Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the condominium apartment then he brought us to a room in another tower. We felt scammed immediately. we were dismayed to find that the “executive family room” was not part of a proper hotel but rather a poorly maintained unit in what appeared to be a residential apartment or condominium building. The condition of the room was deplorable and far from the clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations advertised. Below, I outline the numerous issues we encountered:
1. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Conditions: The room was in a shocking state of disrepair. The walls were covered in stains, peeling paint, mold, and cobwebs, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. The entire space had a pervasive, unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet basin is choked and hair everywhere. We had to clean it before use. Kitchen tap not working at all.

the room was okay, but the bathroom is a bit smelly 🥲😂 they have heater but only function in the morning. at night, the heater isnt heat. we tried to check put early in the morning and pass the keycard to the security , unfortunately they dont give back our deposit. tried to use hair dryer and the room blackout omg😂 thats all
