Perfect stay for holiday with family
A holiday here is literally zero-fail...! From the room being set up for a honeymoon just as requested, to a free room upgrade! Like, how can we even look at other hotels...!?! The staff is amazing—shoutout to Pak Yono and Mba Amel who helped us. The kids were over the moon because it’s the same room we always book. Honestly, we could come here almost every single month!

A Wonderful Stay at Mercure Ancol!
I stayed at Mercure Ancol to celebrate my husband's birthday with my little daughter, and the service was absolutely outstanding. The communication leading up to our stay was seamless and very helpful.
I would like to give a special and big thanks to Fitria, Nasya Chrysant, and Marvin. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt in assisting with our special requests. Thanks to their wonderful hospitality, my husband’s birthday celebration went perfectly!
