Best service at Executive Lounge
I had such a pleasant stay at Pullman Jakarta Central Park. The hotel facilities are modern and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service at the Executive Lounge. I spent quite some time there during my stay, and I must highlight Elisa, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful and attentive. She always made sure I had everything I needed, from offering food and drinks to checking in if I was comfortable. Her warm attitude and professionalism made me feel very well taken care of. Service like this makes a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the effort. Thank you, Elisa, and the Pullman team for making my stay memorable

The best service at Executive Lounge

Splendid holiday with independence celebrations
Location was perfect, especially linking up the 2 Central Park Malls. The walk bridge was also an experience, especially during the nights. The ambience is just perfect for holidays. Rooms were spacious and Service was good. Value was excellent and cleanliness was top notch. Also, Lalan at the reception both during our check-in and check-out was very helpful. He helped swapped rooms for us because we were a large family and were separated across different floors. So he found connecting rooms that kept us together. This was a big thing he did and I thank him for saving us the stress of looking for each other across floors.
