Heartwarming stay

Had a quick lovely stay at this hotel. I got free upgrade to their horizon club room which has its own lounge that you can access until 11pm. I arrived feeling very touched to see my room is beautifully decorated with birthday greetings. Locations is strategic right in Central Jakarta and just a short drive away from Sudirman area. Thank you Shangri-la team for making my stay so memorable. Shoutout to Ratu and Charlotte at the front desk, you guys are super helpful!

A pleasant stay with outstanding staff support

We had a very pleasant stay and event experience at Shangri-La Jakarta. Although the hotel is one of the older hotels in Jakarta, it is very well maintained and the room still feels comfortable and elegant. The hospitality was excellent — the staff responded quickly to all of our requests and were always warm and welcoming. It was also lovely to see many senior staff members who are still working there and remain very friendly and attentive to guests.
Although we had some minor issues with the additional internet connection during the event, but the staff quickly solved the issue and were always on standby for every WhatsApp message I sent, providing very fast responses and support.
The pool area is very nice, and our kids really enjoyed spending long hours swimming there. The variety of food at SATOO was also excellent, with many delicious options to choose from.
Special thanks to Mas Tsani, Mas Finsa, Pak Nico, and Pak Sandi, who supported us during the event. They were extremely accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. Their service and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to coming back again.

Welldone Arghy

Stayed only for 1 nite before our flight. All is good short experience.
Staffs are very friendly and helpfull.
The bellboy Arghy went extra miles helped ous with our stuffs. He's Friendly,smiley and quiet informative. Will stay again in the future.

Events celebration

Thank you, Shangri-La, for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Mba irma from the sales helped a lot at during the process and easy to communicate as well. Food was exceptional yummy!
And ofc the warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Our company hosting a delegation from China on August 12 2026. We experienced excellent services from Shangrila team especially from banquet team members. They are So accomodative, friendly and quick responds.
