Good base, would stay here again

Great base for 3 nights in the area. Decent rooms, plenty of space and very relaxed feel.
I’d say it’s definitely more than 50m from the beach but certainly not a trek.
The beach is best at sunset when it’s busier.

Awful

Looks nothing like photos. Dates and tired. Poor customer service. Sun loungers that you wouldn’t even want to sit on, all ripped and dirty. Staff reluctant to give you towels for the pool and when they do they are all falling apart. One towel each in room. No hand towels or for hair and when asked for more was refused. Air con leaked and noisy
Hairdryer nearly set alight straight away. Stains in sheet. Just generally a bad experience. Got offered another room at a higher price but it stuck of mould . No balcony’s on any rooms . Food was fine as was the waitress but apart from that I would honestly avoid . This was the last part of my 5 week trip to Indonesia and by far the worst hotel and worst staff. Also room was dirty with dust and dirt when we arrived and asked 3 times for it to be cleaned!

Excellent.

Stayed one night at this property because the mentally retarded lion air had changed the date of our flight to bkk from 9 to 10 without really notifying us or asking us our opinion. Being in a hurry we made a mistake about the date of stay in jimbaran they were very decent and upgraded us and offered breakfast. Excellent accommodation.

Excellent Location

Very close to Jimbaran beach (200 meters?) and DPS airport (about 15 minutes taxi). There are many great restaurants nearby. The room was big, and the breakfast tasted good with excellent nutrition. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great value and lovely staff

Great value, three great pools, the staff are very helpful and extremely friendly and the breakfasts were scrumptious
