Amazing stay on the beach in Amed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alur. We extended our trip to 5 days it was so good.
The room was lovely overlooking the beach, boats & out to sea.
Breakfast was delicious!
The staff were always friendly.
We had an excellent snorkeling trip with the owner ...amed pigeons.
We swam & snorkeled in front of our bungalow.
It was so hard to leave, we enjoyed it so much!!

Sea view king room

We stayed 5 nights in a king sea view room. Owners were able to change out the limited functioning air conditioner to a new unit with no complaints.
Room and bathroom are large and comfortable. King size bed with a seating area. The patio has an additional two chairs, table and lounger. Breakfast was served daily on our patio and there was a thermos of hot water to make coffee and tea throughout the day. Room was serviced upon request and was kept clean. The young fellow working for the owners was a real sweetheart!
Be prepared for a rocky beach and a very quiet atmosphere. Easy to walk to restaurants, warungs and shops.

We loved it!

We had two nights here at Amed and were spoiled with this beautiful calm place right on the beachfront. Such a friendly, happy family making us feel welcomed. Ammenities like a big convenience store, restaurants and fruit vendors close by. We did a snorkeling trip with Made (Pigeon snorkelling) on his fishing boat. All gear was supplied and he knew how to show you all the best spots (even made sure to find a turtle to show us) definitely wish we had a longer stay here!

Lovely host family.

Room with sea view. Local fishing boats right outside the room and 20 meters to the water's edge. With a black beach because we are close to the volcano Gunung Agung. Which is mega beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Here is clean and neat and smiling friendly staff. Air conditioning and fan are great with the high temperatures. Lovely private balcony. I can recommend this homestay. Get into gear and enjoy your life.

Wonderful

Stayed here for four days and what a wonderful time we had. Wayan and her family are so friendly and helped to make our stay so memorable. Waking up to views of of the water and the sound of the ocean to fall asleep to was bliss.
Will absolutely come back!
