I felt real-life Bali
Great services, people are very kind, open and show real sincerity. We could feel Bali each moment, calm and relaxed atmosphere!
Room has all accessories, fully equipped and cleaned daily.
Location is great by having around stores and restaurants.
Great price. Worth to flight 35h one way to have this experience.
Resort has all needed amenities.
All stuff are open and nice, especially Komang (bell boy/driver). He offered us a great services by driving smooth
Thank you all by doing great jobs!

Exceptional staff
We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the exceptional staff, who were always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel itself is stunning and impeccably clean. Our room and all the public areas were spotless throughout our stay, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere.
We chose all inclusive and have never experienced an all inclusive quite like this one. Breakfast was the usual buffet but lunch and dinner were both a la carte with 3 courses available for each. The food was truly outstanding, with a fantastic variety and excellent quality at every meal. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and there was always something delicious to enjoy. The all inclusive drinks were also of an excellent standard, local beer, spirits and wine were all very good.
After two weeks, we genuinely didn't want to leave. The combination of a beautiful hotel, exceptional service, outstanding food, and impeccable cleanliness made this one of the best holidays we've had.
A special mention goes to Radita and Urip from the bar who always welcomed us with a smile, remembered our drinks and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Iluh for her continuous hard work, always with the biggest smile and the lady from reception who arranged a beautiful birthday surprise. We would highly recommend this hotel despite the ongoing beach works which had little impact on our stay. Make sure you make use of the shuttle to virgin beach which is absolutely stunning! Thank you Candi Beach for memories we will never forget, we can't wait to return one day.

Magnificent hotel for a dream stay.
A sublime stay in a villa with a private pool. The villa is very nicely decorated, the bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom has 2 showers and a spa bathtub. Outside, there is a very beautiful pool well exposed to the sun with a gazebo and lounge chairs. The service is exceptional, the food is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is very plentiful and varied.
The spa offers excellent massages. It is truly a place of very high quality where one can be at peace and relax.
Everything is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very attentive.
A beautiful beach with lounge chairs and a restaurant 15 minutes by scooter where swimming is easy.
A dream place for a couple's getaway.

Amazing stay in this beautiful resort
We stayed at this resort for 3 days with my husband and our two children (aged 5 and 6). We had a room with two extra beds, which was perfect because it meant we didn’t have to book two separate rooms. The bathroom was luxurious, and the shower was excellent. We did buy some conditioner ourselves, as it wasn’t provided.
My parents were traveling with us and stayed in a separate room, which was also very spacious and had a wonderful shower.
We received a very warm welcome, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff also made an effort to cater to our children, which we really appreciated.
Despite the coastal restoration project at the beach, the view from the pool was still beautiful.
The shuttle service to Candidasa was very convenient. Candidasa itself is fairly quiet, with one main street and a handful of souvenir shops.
The shuttle service to Virgin Beach was fantastic and definitely worth it. There were very few tourists, the beach was stunning, and sunbeds cost just 50,000 IDR per person.
We had a truly wonderful stay, and if we return to Bali, this resort will definitely be on our list again.
My parents were traveling with us and stayed in a separate room, which was also very spacious and had a wonderful shower.
We received a very warm welcome, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff also made an effort to cater to our children, which we really appreciated.
Despite the coastal restoration project at the beach, the view from the pool was still beautiful.
The shuttle service to Candidasa was very convenient. Candidasa itself is fairly quiet, with one main street and a handful of souvenir shops.
The shuttle service to Virgin Beach was fantastic and definitely worth it. There were very few tourists, the beach was stunning, and sunbeds cost just 50,000 IDR per person.
We had a truly wonderful stay, and if we return to Bali, this resort will definitely be on our list again.
