Magic

What to say about this perfect place, the place is magical, the view is breathtaking, the staff is very nice. The showers are beautiful, little less for the hotel restaurant, and the geko at night but if done do not hesitate this place is magical!

A home

We were planning to stay only one night and move to another hotel the next day. But when we arrives there, We liked the bungalow right away ! They only have 2 bungalows which is suit us perfectly. The room is very clean, comfortable bed, although it's next to the main road and sometimes quite noisy during the day, but that doesn't bother us. The staff are helpful and very friendly, the food is great, and they have a beautiful rice field view and Mt. Agung, very clean room and bath room. I would 100% recommend Kubu Taru to anyone who wants to go to sidemen.

Mauvaise expérience à Sidemen

Si vous cherchez un endroit typique sans réel confort ( humide,sans climatisation, sombre ,pas de piscine,….)alors cet endroit est pour vous.
Wifi incertain.
Le Covid semble avoir compliqué l’organisation de ce lieu.
Le patron reste sympa , petit déjeuner très simple,

Pour les amoureux du « loin des touristes »

Bengalows avec vue sur les rizières (et sans moustiques svp).
Au delà de l emplacement avec vue magnifique c est avant tout une rencontre humaine formidable avec cette famille (qui tient également l établissement astana swaha).
Le patron nous a non seulement trouvé un scooter à un prix très correct (livré sur place) mais nous a également conseillé sur les visites à faire dans le coin et rien n était à regretter. En plus de cela nous avons eu l occasion de bien discuter avec lui sur les coutumes et états d esprit locaux, très enrichissant.
Pour couronner le tout, le neveu du patron, Agung, tient une agence de chauffeur et d organisation de séjour à des prix imbattables (Bali perfect driver).
Seul bémol : prévoyez un moyen motorisé pour vous déplacer. Cela dit, les employés et membres de la famille sont à vos petits soins pour vous convoyer.

Top!

Super gastvriendelijk personeel. We hebben echt genoten van onze tijd in Kubu Taru. Via het personeel is makkelijk een chauffeur te regelen die je voor nog geen 50 euro een dag op sleeptouw neemt om je naar alle mooie plekken in de omgeving te brengen.
Het eten bij de bijbehoren warung was super. Tot nu toe nog het lekkerst van onze Bali trip. De prijzen voor het eten was ook meer dan prima.
Kubu Taru ligt net buiten het iets toeristischere gedeelte van Sidemen. Wij vonden dat echter geen probleem en bleven graag bij het hutje om te genieten van het uitzicht en de rust.
Het hutje was eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. In de avond begonnen de krekels, gekko's en andere dieren zich te roeren wat voor ons een extra dimensie aan de omgeving gaf.
