TURTLE HOUSE is a dream and the staff is five-star!
I stayed for 5 nights at Veluvana Mountain opting for the TURTLE Bamboo House and I must say that everything exceeded my expectations.
It is like entering a magical place where comfort, sustainability, and nature meet to give you incredible sensations.
The Turtle House is simply fantastic with a breathtaking view of nature, featuring two elongated pools that make it a unique piece.
The room is located upstairs and arranged in such a way as to be better protected from both the weather and animals. The bathroom is located on the ground floor (toilet on one side and a stunning sink with a mirror on the other).
Regarding the service, I would say it is five-star for availability, manners, and proposed solutions.
We were assisted by Mr. Komang, Mr. Surya, and Mr. Edo, who ensured that all our needs were met: in-villa massage for my wife (excellent), scooter rental to explore the area, taxi driver for two daily excursions, and transfer to another city.
Breakfast service included and served in the villa at no additional cost, of excellent quality and always abundant.
