Great Place To Chill or Hike!!!!
Great place for Solo Travelers Looking to Re-energize

Location, location, location… This is a beautiful place to stay… Away from all the noise, traffic, people, that you really appreciate when you visit this beautiful country in this beautiful island, but there’s a time where you need to decompress… A place to find some calmness… re-Energize or re-center yourself. The rooms are beautiful… I believe I booked the supreme room which has a beautiful view of the ocean, but I think all the room have a beautiful view… You can tell that the owners of this property paid attention to aesthetics as well as space and comfort because I found it in my room… Very comfortable bed, clean linen, beautiful shower… mineral water available… Each porch has chairs and tables… (You’ll warn not to leave anything outside because of the monkeys, which are truly wild… They will not bother you, but when you’re not around, they will pick lol))… The food is very good… cooked on site… The menu has a variety of dishes… Well known Indonesian favorites… The drinks are marvelous… Everything is fresh. The staff: incredibly customer-attentive… Very polite… Courteous… And Social… The restaurant is very nice… I can’t say more about the ocean views…there are special places where you can sit and just meditate… Take in the air… … Take in the ambiance… taking the sunsets and the sunrises. This place has a lot to offer. They have massage on site but you have to book in advance… l there’s hiking opportunities for those who want to do something different… I thought that I would just chill at this resort… But I really made the effort of doing the trails… Which are provided in detail in the Hotel booklet (which is an amazing publication… Well thought out… Organized… And provides a lot of information, I would urge everyone who books a room at this place to read The booklet it is clearly customer -focused.). The booklet does tell you that most of the semi-hard etc,. trails can be haphazard and you have to be very careful where you go, but some of the well organized trails are safe to walk because they’re clearly marked and paved. The pool is a delight… The Hotel grounds have a variety of trees and fauna Indigenous to Java… It’s just a beautiful place… and I would also say this is a great place for solo travelers!

A beutiful place at a very reasonable price
This is a very unique place, set on top of a great clliff overlooking the sea with truly remarkable views. The rooms are clean, A/C, very comfortable. The staff is very curteous and responsive, the food good and the grounds wll-kept. I spent some time talking with the original owner and developer, a retired professor who said that ten years ago the site was untouched virgin jungle. He did a remarkable job bringing in water, electricity, plumbing and every other necessity to such a remote location. They are still developeing the road, which is a bit rough, but anticipate improving it soon. It's well worth any trouble it takes to get there, it's a rare jewel of a place to spend a week just unwinding, relaxing and exploring.

An ocean view that is incredible
This was a return visit for me. Last time I was here with my family. This time a business trip took me close enough to hop over for a couple of days. I love the view and can relax and chill like nowhere else. Marvellous place to recharge your batteries.

Nice place to get away from it all. No beach access, so the beach is an 'intereting ' trip back down the hill, and a challenging climb back home.

A Treasure Westerners have to discover
We stayed here four days after spending the first half of the week doing the sights around Yoyakarta. The hotel is on top of the cliff looking over the miles long beach on the Indian Ocean.
Highlights:
the view, sunset, hearing the waves
Chicken satay served at the table with your own BBQ of hot coals - fantastic taste
Infinity pool which merges with the ocean
Spacious and well equipped rooms each with a stunning view of the ocean
Use Grab taxi to have a trip down to the beach and back and sample last nights catch if tiger prawns and mini crabs - or hire a jeep for a beach ride (it’s the dine thing!), or walk 1km to the viewing point and restaurants at Obelix
