Solo break

Absolutely superb location & value. Its a hidden gem on Nusa,Penida . Rooms are superb & the owners are so welcoming . Highly recommended. All tourists should put this terrific accomodation onto their must stay list. I'll definitely be back.

Not as good as it looks

First impression is very good, beautiful view and cute cottages, unfortunately thats the best there is to say.
The cleanliness was poor, and they didnt change towels or bedlinnen unless you asked for it.
The breakfast was very simple, and compared to simular hotels, very low standard.
There were noise at all time at the hotel, one thing is that all the animals makes noises 24/7 but the staff was loud and could be heard late night and very early morning.
To get out from the hotel scooters is recommended.
We overheard other guest asking for cleaning, service etc. the answer was always later.
Would not recommend however the view is pretty but you can get that elsewhere.

Blissful stay, breathtaking views

Had an amazing stay at Bataran Garden Cottage in Nusa Penida! The views were breathtaking with the pool looking over the ocean to the volcano!
The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay excellent!
couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing mini resort

Fantastic place my husband and i had 2 nights booked but ended up staying another cause of how wondeful this place was. So quiet and the staff where absolutely amazing so helpful would definitely stay again

Dead lizard on your bed!

There was a dead lizard on my bed with bunch of ants around it. I asked them to change the bed linen or give me a new room. The person who came didn’t put a new washed bedclothes . He only organized the bed and they made me sleep on it till next day. Worst experience ever! Management didn’t apologized and only bring me the new linens the next day! Beware!! Just imagine I had to sleep on this bed all night!!
My friends in another room also had problem with lizards. It keep pooping on their bed.
Additionally they have very bad breakfast. It either omelet with mustard, uncooked pancakes or plain rice.
Even though view is amazing, it doesn’t make up for the terrible service and experience. The owner of the place didn’t even apologized.
