Perfect relaxing family holiday
Spacious rooms, perfectly located in a quiet garden setting next to Discovery Mall, opposite Waterbom, 5 minute stroll to Jerman Beach. Beautiful, relaxing pool with swim-up bar delicious drinks and food. Paddle pool for kids. Floaties and pool gadgets for hire. Excellent breakfast, room service and restaurants. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are efficient, friendly and very quick to respond to requests. We stayed in the Discovery suite - excellent value for money with 2 bedrooms with ensuites, one with bath, toilet, lounge and balcony.

Great hotel spoilt by noise and poor food.
Great location next to the beach.
The hotel and room was very well laid out and clean. The pool was great as was breakfast. Lovely atmosphere.
There were lots of events happening so lots of loud music playing upto 10.00pm and beyond. No chance of an early night's sleep as the music bass thumped in our room.
The food and service at the restaurant was of a poor standard. Food was not delivered together with lengthy delays for each meal. We ate out most nights due to this. Food was expensive and poor in standard.
The hotel and room was very well laid out and clean. The pool was great as was breakfast. Lovely atmosphere.

Love it
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I was very happy with the warm and friendly treatment from everyone, and the overall atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing.
The assistant manager, Septi, was especially lovely, kind, and helpful. The housekeeping manager yudana was also amazing, always smiling and very welcoming.
The atmosphere here is truly beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
