I want to return to better explore this immense and captivating metropolis of Denpasar.

Hotel of independent "villas" perfectly equipped with private pools for each. Ideally located to visit the Kuta Seminyak beach resort. Just a short walk from the center and shops. It is possible to get around by inexpensive scooter taxi.
The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Numerous quality and affordable restaurants nearby.

3 days of relaxation

We stayed at the property 3 nights.
Very kind staff!!!
The rooms are a bit dated but clean and large.
We have received an upgrade without additional pricing.
Restaurant with great food and well presented.
Unfortunately, the sea in front of the structure was not beautiful and no one took a bath.

Many red flags

Location is good but thats about it, room are old and not like the picture at all, somethings are falling apart also the water contains some detergent when we ask the staff they say they cleaned the tanks and don’t know why its like that, its a health hazard honestly, the pools are not maintained with any chemicals which is an issue of hygiene many red flags

It’s so bad not good at all after I booked and go to check in I don’t like I asked to refund my money they said can’t I keep it the booking and went to another place to rent it’s so bad experience and lost my money

An awesome experience

The location is quite strategic close to the entertainment center, the check-in process includes quick and conducive. The entrance to the unit area was very aesthetic, clean, and enjoyable. It's just that in the process before check-in I had a lot of trouble contacting the call center (villa officer) because there was no active number I could contact either info through Google or info from the OTA Party, I hope this can be sane soon for the common good, thank you.
