The location and the view is good....the air is very cold for morning walks.....the micelia forest (?) is clean, cool, beautiful........the facilities for outdoor activities are also quite a lot.....please in the cold air the hot water doesn't work well

Noisy and disturbing comfort

From the afternoon until midnight, the sound of karaoke and singing was indistinct and disturbing. Especially at night when people want to rest, they still hear and sing songs in quite loud voices. There should be a policy regarding the time limit for using this because it can disturb the comfort of those around you.

Baby BIRTHDAY!

My sister booked the hotel from Sunday to Monday, so it's not crowded, but the jungle tracking from hotel is not available during a pandemic covid19. But we still enjoy the facilities like flying fox, rabbit farm, etc. The restaurant is great with a great view but the taste of foods are average not really good.

Dont Expect Too Much... You will Dissapointed...

Not like the atmosphere I expected when imagining staying in glamping which they call luxury by paying the equivalent price of a 5 star hotel. The rooms were dirty, so I didn't dare to bare feet while in the room. The springbed mattress is not feasible because it drops a bit when used for sleeping. The bathroom was not dry because there was stagnant water. The picture on TV is not clear. Even in the room there is no telephone to call the receptionist. And what made us annoyed was, the atmosphere was very noisy because there were other guests who brought a sound system to sing karaoke, even though it was clearly prohibited, the officers only reprimanded without any clear follow-up, and they continued to sing late into the night, very very annoying when we want to rest. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty good, the food is also delicious when you order and pay for it, but when breakfast the quality of the taste drops a lot. Even though the atmosphere of the pine forest is very beautiful to calm the heart and mind, it becomes useless when the hotel management is not very good.

Not expected as you paid for it. Not worth it at all..
Room not clean as the picture profile.
Noisy surrounds when you need a quite and nature ambiance at night.
3 times complaint to management about annoying speaker came from other tents. Seems that they don’t care and no actions to this complaint..in the other hands stated the rules they not allowed the guest to bring speaker or sound system by themselves.
Terrible night ever , can’t sleep!!
Speaker loud same as you are stay at the village with “acara dangdut an “ all the night..
Will NOT COMING AGAIN and NOT RECOMMENDED this for other who are expecting STAY with Nature..
Restaurant taste ok if you order by paid
Breakfast with voucher so so taste
