This hotel has a very strategic location, seaside of Losari. Neighbor with hawker food, minimarket, nice restaurant, and souvenir store

Wrong billing practices

Problem with billings. Watch your bill for extra costs and wrong doing. Front des charged me extra costs for days l did not staid. The y made à mistake and after months they never wanted to refund. Othe hotels don't do that.

Great Value Hotel In A Good Location

A simple, no frills, hotel at a good price and in a good location. The rooms are small but adequate, and the bathrooms are exceptional (with a full length window to the bedroom - don't worry, it has a blind) . TV channels are mainly Indonesian, but with at least one English movie channel and Discovery/Animal Planet/AXN. Pay a little more and get a sea view.... Maybe because of COVID (and so reduced guest numbers) the breakfast was unimpressive so you may want to skip this and just go to one of the many local coffee shops/warungs/kaki lima. The rooftop is unfortunately closed at the moment. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly! Two small observations are that the hot water wasn't very hot at all, and that the bed linen was stained - not in a gross way, but just in a 'getting old and no longer white' way. This was not a deal-breaker for us, and I still give it 5 stars and would stay there again. Exceptional value for quality of room and location.

Great stay!

Reception was very friendly. The room design is really cool, just like a 4 star hotem room. Room is very clean, no wonder they won the award.
Hotel location is the best. Very near to Losari.
Surely will come back here again!
