Longlasting holliday
After 15 years ago... still the best hotel for family holliday, hospitality crew and clean... a lot of kids activity and never ending stories here... ❤️

Room was good, but the TV could be improved. There was no way to cast/mirror my phone’s screen onto the tv.

First time stay at Masion Pine. Seriously Loved This Place!” “Okay, so I just-got back from staying here and seriously, it was amazing. From the moment we booked the room, check in, the staff were-just so genuinely friendly, not in that fake ‘customer service’ way, you know? Our room was spotless – like, sparkling clean – and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the view was awesome! Breakfast was a huge spread with tons of yummy stuff. Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring everything. Already itching to go back. Thank you for Pak Kiki and Teh Raihan at Front Office

Excellent stay
Not much enjoy the service but all was excellent. Especially to Ragil from HK Team, he recognize i bring my kids during my stay and he directly setup animal towel and special arrangement on my bed for my kids. The facilities were really good, they have kids pool with warm water. Will be come back once i visit bandung again. Thank you mason pine hotel and all teams

The staffs are very friendly. Thanks for the afternoon tea and nice coffee/tea
We stayed for 2 nights and as the children request, we add 1 more nights. We have a good stay here. So many compliments like the coffee/tea, and the afternoon tea time. We want to give thanks to Mr Deden Farhan for helping my children with their lollipop cake and for Ms Nurul for the cute elephant towel arrangement near their barbie dolls. So thoughtful of you.
